Hernia cure without surgery

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know if it is possible to heal neck hernia without surgery?

I understand that their are degrees of severity with hernias.

I want to find out what supplments can regenerate cartilages if possible.

I know glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM help with athritism pain, but I am not sure if these actually cause real healing.

Are there any other supplements we can look into?

And also is it as serious as it sounds or can it be healed with physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments?

Hi Mike,

By neck hernia do you mean herniated disc (C6, C7 etc)?

I did have a very bad abdominal strain which almost resulted in a hiatal hernia - thank God i was able to manage it without surgery

I've also had a very bad herniated neck disc - which again thankfully i was able to manage without surgery.

Both injuries happened during bulking season of weightlifting - learned my lesson and have trained smart since. Let me know which one applies to you and ill gladly offer whatever help i can.
