Any of you help me out?
Hey guys, I've noticed some of you offering advice for concerns other than hairloss so I thought I may as well post on here. I saw a couple of hairs falling out here or there and got a bit worried about hairloss, I visited a doctor who said my hair looked fine and didn't think I had any hair loss, my fringe is very thin though and you can see through it, I was wondering if there any of you could just tell me a straight, like a list of things I could take, preferably natural, that can regrow and prevent hair loss.
The second thing I saw someone post about ADD symptoms in that they cant concentrate for very long. I am similar, I have no real motivation to do anything, I want to do well but have no motivation and can't concentrate for very long, so anything again that could benefit me would be a real help.
Thanks a lot.

Re: Any of you help me out?
bigchris - I would estimate that nearly 100% of the time when someone thinks they are losing or having progressively thinner hair, they really are. In the early stages it's very, very subtle and to the casual observer nothing is appears to be going on.
Regarding ADD, check out all the pages here on iodine. Lugol's solution in particular. One two recent threads here on iodine I included a link to download (bit torrent) on Iodine. I highly recommend you check it out.
As far as regimen for hair check out www.Immortalhair.org and look for the regimen page.

Also, if you think you dont have the greatest diet, this might be a good time to change it up. Quit the soft drinks, junk food, and smoking if you do any of those.
Re: Any of you help me out?
One other thing I forgot to mention. We've had some good discussion on ADD on here before, but for the life of me the search function on here isn't that great.
I'll post a link on this thread if I can find a good one.

Resist the temptation (generated by the commercial market) to buy symptomatic treatments; and instead, seek out herbal supplements which can remove heavy metals, lower inflammation, reduce cholesterol levels, and facilitate the metabolism of insulin.

Re: Any of you help me out?
Hey, first of all thanks to everyone for the replies. I've checked out immortalhair.org for the things to take and its a bit confusing, I'm on the page and theres a list of things, then it says about updates and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to replace anything with anything else?
Is this all the things I have to take?
Using a highly bioavailable form of Curcumin (BCM-95) to replace 7 HMR Lignans.
One capsule of BCM-95 Curcumin taken with breakfast and dinner only
Ecklonia cava extract, one 400 milligram capsule morning and evening
Today's Cod Liver Oil contains low levels of Vitamin D. The remaining few
that have enough Vitamin D are quite expensive. The alternative to Cod Liver Oil is
Krill Oil. Take a thousand milligrams of Krill Oil once or twice per day
Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2, take once or twice per day depending on seasonality and
latitude (i.e, Nothern latitude take two, take more when there is less sun)
1000 milligrams per meal; target three times daily Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC)*
see notes below.
100 milligrams per meal Bio-Enhanced Na-RALA*
5,000 (5 milligrams) of Biotin (essential if Lipoic Acid is used)
Cayenne Pepper Capsules (40,000 heat units). Take several per day during periods
of high stress as this counteracts the CB1 receptor and thwarts neurotrophins
Update: Prefer Jarrow EPS over Dr. Ohhira's, Essential Formula Inc., Probiotics 12 PLUS
1000 milligrams of Magnesium (mixed forms) daily
125 milligrams twice per day of Sensoril (Patented Ashwagandha extract)
Green Tea Extract Green with at least 400 milligrams total of Catechins
within the day.
80 milligrams of Benfotiamine per meal
Activated B-Complex High Bioavailability
1000 milligrams of Taurine per meal
400 milligrams of Chasteberry (Vitex Angus Castus) one at morning one at night daily
100 milligrams twice a day (loading dose for 2-weeks), follow with 100 mg once per day GliSODin
600 milligrams twice per day NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine)
200 milligrams once or twice per day trans-Resveratrol
1 gram per day (1,000 mgs) Arginine Pyroglutamate /w Lysine taken at night
Is this all the things I have to take?

Re: Any of you help me out?
bigchris - No, definitely not all of it.
Curcumin (BCM-95)
Ecklonia cava extract
Krill Oil
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Lipoic Acid + biotin.
Consider the vitamin D + K2 in the winter or now if your sun exposure is limited.
Vitamin K2 is nice to have but not essential in the early going.

IH - If calcium metabolism is a big part of MPB then wouldn't K2 be a vital component regardless of age? or is it an age related factor not applicable to the early balding?

Silverlin - I agree with what you're saying 100%
I was trying to thin out the regimen a little, but really hesitate to do it. Vitamin K2 improves insulin regulation, prevents premature skin wrinkling, more powerful of an antioxidant that Co-Enzyme Q10, and prevents calcification in various tissues and modulates bone morphogenetic proteins.
Also it may help inhibit bacteria that is associated with calcification.
