update : RED chili and black pepper infused oil ..

Today is day 3 of using RED chili and black pepper oil ( used broccoli seed oil this time because it pulls in very fast)... I bought Derma roller yesterday and used that after applying the oil to my scalp (boy this combo hurts so bad: bounce: ) and wore a shower cap plus hat on top of that.... slept in it through the night..

This morning under the shower 10 hair strand and while brushing and blow drying another 30 ----so far pulled my hair 3 times and no hairs---also no hairs in my hair band..3 days ago , the hair count was under the shower 57, while brushing and blow drying another 40-- throughout the day ( if I would pull my hair slightly) around 30 or even 60 sometimes---

Changes in the diet for the last 3 days --- included 150g of cuscus (still no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) and still eating veg and meat (fish, chicken or beef)...
Change in my work out -- Tuesday after running for 30 minutes did some kick boxing
