Does anyone know of a food allergy testing kit that I can order online?
I have been having sinus problems and have been having what I think is some kind of allergic reaction when I drink alcohol lately. My sinuses clog up and I get a pulsing headache after 2 drinks. I's really weird because I've been drinking for over 15 years with no problems whatsoever...

if you're drinking red wine, keep in mind that it has sulfites and histamine, which many are sensitive to.
Sorry don't know of a test, other than the process of elimination.

Any allergist should be able to perform a standard protocol test where they inject various foods (potions) to your skin and monitor the reaction. They can rank how did the body react to each of these and you go from there...
