High blood pressure and wisdom teeth
Hi, i used one of those home blood pressure test and came back on the border line of being high, what could be causing this? I don't do any exercise and have been eating a lot of sweets after dinner, could this contribute to the high pressure?
Also I will be having my wisdom teeth removed in a months time and was told not to take anything that thins out the blood, is there anything in my regiment that causes blood to thin (regiment below). And is there anything I can do to reduce the pain and swelling?
Neptune Krill Oil
Magnesium Citrate
B-100
R-Lipoic Acid
Curcumin
Resveratrol
Full Spectrum Digestive Enzyme
Roobios tea

Re: High blood pressure and wisdom teeth
I want to know that too. What could possibly be causing high blood pressure at age 25?
Re: High blood pressure and wisdom teeth
Lots of sweets can cause it, especially if the rest of your diet involves things likely to spike your insulin/blood sugar.
Careful, as I understand it if you continue eating this way there's a good chance you'll develop diabetes later in life.
I could be wrong though been a while since I looked at that info as it doesn't really apply to my diet anymore.

Fish or Krill Oil purportedly thin the blood, however only during abnormal clotting, so it's still safe. Everything appears okay. Why are you having your wisdom teeth removed?

Re: High blood pressure and wisdom teeth
Hi, I am having my wisdom teeth removed as all four are growing in the wrong directions, one is impacting on my tooth and another towards my ear. Lately have been eating a lot of choc ice cream and biscuits after dinner. A part from that I eat a lot of fruits and healthy meals.

Is there anything that can be taken to help recover faster after having the wisdom teeth removed?

syringe salt water onto the wounds 3 times daily, and swish it around ur mouth. also anti biotics and some codeine, but im sure ur surgeon will tell u all this.
as far as complemetnary things go, i have no idea. but u wouldnt want anything that thins the blood.
