Migraines! Empty Migraines!

IH - Have a friend who has been experiencing 3-4 migraines every year for the past few years. Last night she woke up from sleeping and had her worse migraine so far. Her right arm and the right side of her face were numb and she was also nauseous to the point of actually throwing up. It took hours for the numbness to subsides, plus she was sleeping on her left side leaving her unable to explain the numb feeling.

IH any info or help is greatly appreciated

Silverlin - Assuming she's tried everything. Frequency Specific Microcurrent is a great therapy.

Here are some things to check into if not already: 5-HTP for (serotonin deficiency) This is a frequent cause of Migraines.

Butterbur which is free of Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids, here's a link:

A study showed last year that Migraines can be reduced quite a bit by increasing cellular energy (ATP) via Co-Enzyme Q10. Is she were to take 100 milligrams of Ubiquinol, this would do the trick.

Loading up on Magnesium is essential. One of the quickest ways to get relief from Migraines is Magnesium drips (IV's), and Magnesium oil would be a much cheaper alternative.

Food allergies is very important to rule out.

Thanks so much IH! I also read that B12 can help prevent migraines as well as regular exercise. Would putting the magnesium oil on the head be more effective or doesn't it matter where on the body she uses it?

Silverlin - It wouldn't matter too much where the Magnesium oil is applied.
