Possible thyroid issue

Hi everyone, I am starting to think I have thyroid problem, my hands and feet are always cold and have never been able to gain weight. I had a blood test done two years ago where the thyroid was checked but nothing abnormal came up. Is there any test I can perform to check?

My current regiment includes cod liver, d3, magnesium, digestive enzymes, head massage. I was taking curcumin and Resveratrol but dropped them as didn't think i was getting any benefit. 

What can I take in addition to these vitamins? I am really wanting to add a topical but not sure what? 

Its possible. Adrenal problems can also cause those issues. How do you handle stress? Overwhelmed? Any anxiety or sleep disturbances?

What's your stress status in the morning vs the evening? How do you behave on caffeine? What's your morning body temperature? If you'd diagosed yourself with adrenal fatigue, there is a supplement from licorice root, which might help. I think dosages vary from 500mg to 2g daily. Educate first about taking it. Hi, generally my stress levels are low but I don't handle stress well at all and in the past have had to deal with a lot in the past two years. 
I will do a temperature test in the mornings. 
I drink around three coffees per day and don't react in any bad way.
Also, my hands shake a lot 

Is there anything I can take that will help with maintaining a good thyroid?

Also a part from full spectrum digestive enzyme what can I take to help with digestion as I have low stomache acid.
