Forced to take antibiotica?

I have an infection in the bronchia , for over a month now, that I got in Nepal, it just wont go away, with coughing
and some mild chestpain. I guess I have to take those antibiotics soon? Atm I am India with no healthinsurance,
and was really counting on this to go away by itself, it always does! But apparently not so ..
