I have not enough idea about the topics of how to increase serotonin. But if i consult with a doctor than i think i would be able to know the facts of how to increase serotonin. i've read it a while ago but saw no direct explanation, so i didn't put much attention in it. I dont think its good to say serotonin is evil and find evidence to support it. I agree that there is rather too much serotonin than too low, but problem is stress not serotonin. It's much more complicated than this picture shows, but balance is still my point:



I also believe that skillful mind is in ful control of the body. I also see the orthomolecular approach as just one part of the health. Putting the right chemicalls in your body wont help you if you dont use it proper way. By this i mean physical and mental exercises are bigger part of a story.
