what allergy remedies would you suggest? i am unable to sleep properly at night because of my allergies these days... would like something that doesn't induce drowsiness during the day, whereas at night something inducing drowsiness would be just fine.

thanks!

I didn't experience seasonal allergies at all last spring. But this year they are particularly bad (itchy eyes and throat, congestion, sneezing, etc.). I've been under school-related stress during the last several months and I've eaten out more often, and I've definitely noticed a general worsening of my health. Most definitively, my digestion is not as smooth as it used to be. Seeing as how the function of the immune system is hugely influenced by the gut, I wouldn't be surprised if improving gut health has a positive effect on allergy symptoms.
