Hi All,

because I am from Czech Republic, I use Maca, that you can find here. If you remeber, 4 months ago I lost 1000 hairs in 2 days, every other 2 days - again and again. Maca I take , I dont know which one, but I took 3 and now I take 4, because I stopped to take spiro. Also I take Diane, but this I take long long time. It helped but last year after stress, Diane and 50 mg of spiro did not help. The Maca in one pill is 350 mg. I also use Kerio aminexil , it did not stopped the hair loss before, but I started to have some regrowth. I drink lots of green tea and take also magnesium and 3x a week Lugols.

Now I loose - in sink dont know, I stopped to watch, because it stressed me, I can say how much I brush, after wash - 5-10 hairs, and next day 2-5 hairs.....

I believe to MaCA so much, and Lugols and magnesium also. Kerio has something special for good skin and Aminexil to push more hairs to grow.

I did not win anything, but I know how hormones and stress is important in my alopecia. Also I have still Diane. But Maca helped me, when I was loosing my mind.

I have this problem already 13 years. 5 years ago I stopped it totally just wiht naturopath for 3 years. But he is not here anymore. It is pitty, because with him, I did not need any hormones and my hairs grew back all. This web page is big inspiration for all people with alopecia. I know that I did win anything, but I know, that I can come always back to here and ask for help.
