Alcoholic Drinks over Christmas?
So having read that alcohol intake is pretty bad for your health & hair loss and coming into a hectic Christmas period where I would normally drink a lot more than I should, are there any tips as to how I can reduce the damage during this time, given that I will definitely be having a few drinks here and there - obviously the best solution is to drink no alcohol at all but this isn't really an option for me!
Any advice on what are the best choices to limit the damage! i.e. lager vs beer vs spirits, mixers, wine? Ones to avoid completely?
Happy Christmas one & all!

Personally i try to drink red wine or aboslute vodka, as it has minimal toxins. I also take taurine, manganese, molybdenum, magnesium, selenium and boron.

Yep, I took an extra 500mg of taurine too after yesterday's visit to the pub.
I've also noticed, every time I had a few drinks the day before, I wake up with more sebum on my scalp than usual...
Interesting article, georgio!

Could strawberries in this regard also be of help to our MPB-inflammation?

From the article:
The high content of flavonoids, tannins and phenolic acids is primarily responsible for the immunity boosting abilities of the fruits. These bioactive substances can scavenge active oxygen and prevent the onset of inflammations at a cellular level.

Well, I don't have any of the supps CS recommends, so I guess I'd better just avoid all that crap.
I've successfully been avoiding alcohol for some time now, I guess it helps that I'm not exactly a party girl.
I do like a toke now and then though. I've read that dessicated liver detoxes MJ.
