Question for IH regarding ALC/ALA combo

Hi Immortal
I live in the uk and have decided to give the top 6 of your regime a go (replacing hmr lignans with lobata) iv managed to find a combo of ALA/ALC on HealthyDirect.com but each capsule contains 100mg of ALC and 125mg of ALA.
How many capsules do you reccommend i take each day,can i still get away with taking 2 with each meal?

Hey m1234 !
I shop from Healthspan.co.uk .Currently they have a half price sale and their LIPO CARN is just BP 5.5 (60tab each 200mg mg ALA and 250mg ALC)
