Natural fluoride?

We know synthetic fluoride is bad, but what if people were to brush/rinse with natural fluoride? I wonder why no one has made a toothpaste that contains natural occurring fluoride, is it hard to produce?

Fluoride is poison..(compound from fluorine used in pesticides, insecticides) deadly doses causes fluorosis, key element in the atomic bomb, was once recalled from being dumped in our water source.

Natural occurring fluoride is far less bad as the chemical version, it's been said.
