CS, are pasteurized Coconut, Almond milk hazardous?

I am looking to find some milk for my protein shake but its quite hard here in Korea. I ordered organic coconut milk from iherb but i may have made a mistake. there are organic soy milk and pateurized almond milk, rice milk, black bean milk all sorts but mostly pasteurized and not raw here in korea, are they not preferable? also i am planning to maybe order organic non fat dry milk from Now or dry goat milk... what do you recommend?
