instant shed on simil-Zix?

i just started on a simil-Zix 3 days ago and it's been 3 days i've been finding a few hairs in my hands while shampooing... this is something that hasn't happened for months to me. i mean seeing hairs in my hands... :'(

do you think this may be a good sign (i.e. the simil-zix could be working) or it has to be a bad sign?

ingredients:

(from Zix's recipe)
- the B6 recommended by Joe (the zix creator)
- l-optinzinc instead of the zinc sulfate recommended by Joe

(extra)
- B2
- B5 (panthotenic acid)
- hydrogen boost

this reminds me of the instant-sheds i was getting with l-arginine+l-ornitine. i have been taking l-ornitine alone and i had no sheds because of it.

maybe i need to drop some of the ingredients... which ones do you suspect?

I recommended zix not this variation of mine...
