Hello! Anyone taking Lutein? It is fatsoluble in eye, skin and breast tissue. Maybe good for hair as well? It looks
very well absorpbed and has a long presence in the body, looks like a potiential super antioxidant.

Astaxanthin seems to have much larger advantages of lutein. Lutein is often thought about for eye health, and astaxanthin easily trumps in that area as well as other.

are there any food sources besides krill that are commonly available for astaxanthin? What about lycopenes wikipedia says they are more potent than astaxanthin?
