IH, is PM safe for elderly people?

I have given PM to a 67 year old female, would this be safe for her? She currently takes 2 mg estradiol every second day, I think PM might be a good alternative. What ya thoughts?

She also takes EC twize daily andf 5-LOXIN, Magnesium and Calcium Orotate and D3 1000 IU plus 100 mg K2, fish oil.

One capsule every other day.

I told her to take half a capsule but she did not want to trouble with splitting it up, so she is just
going to try a full capsule. 1 capsule every other day is 25% of the dosage young girls take to
firm up their breasts. I think it will work well for her.

That should be fine man. Only raise it if she isn't having any negatives after a month or two.
