Offtopic- heal meniscus tear?

Guys,

any recommendations for healing meniscus tears in the knee- foods, herbs, supplements, etc?
I do take occasional glucosamine in bad times and it works for me, but causes flatulence and heaviness, so I don't take it regularly.

Casual stuff is also MSM, which can be used for metal chelation as well (according to what have been said here). I am going to start this treatment by tomorow (litearlly) and it sholud take about three months to see some results. I can post some "in process feelings", if you wish...
And, if you badly recover your joints then go for strawberrys. I have read a story, that one guy recover form arthrosis by eating nine days only strawberrys. And it was in a reliable book, no miracle story... Do I have to mention that these strawberrys must be organic?

I have been for six days on rice diet, just finished yesterday. Five days only brown rice and on the sixth day brow rice with carrot. By that time I was drinking tea containing strawberry leaves. (If you want to hear in depth story, please write, do not want to bother you guys here with my tale...) My joints seem to me more fludily moving, but it may be a placebo. Nevetheless I am planning to continue with the tea treatment.
I know the story of joints cracking word by word, so I am looking forward how this thread will evolve. Although I think that it is mainly a dietary issue...
Maybe wheat? What do you guys think?

Definitely use Serrapeptase

Cissus, cissus, and more cissus. If you're active and willing to plop down ~10 bucks a month, cissus is the way to go. I have seen my general knee pain all but disappear after a few months on the stuff, it is amazing.

Jeruslan, that's a great idea- tea of strawberry leaves. I love that fruit anyway, so shall definitely try that out.
