ALC+Lipoic Acid on empty stomach?

Is it important to take this combo on an empty stomach before you start eating, or can you take it during/immediately after eating a meal? I will forget to take it a lot and remember right after or in the middle of eating.

j87x - During the meal is fine if you forget, and after is better than not taking it. I always strive to take it either just before or at the meal itself.

I second CS--I try to always take my pills prior to the consumption of any meal. Sometimes, I forget and take them during, but the idea is to get it in your bloodstream prior to the insulin spike and other effects of the food that you will be ingesting on your body.
