Do Zinc and Magnesium compete for the same receptors hence inhibiting the absorption process when taken together?? Is it better to take them separately or can one take them together??

Minerals work in couples, Zinc with Copper, Magnsium with Calcium - that bing said I woudl but Zinc Copper formula by Jarro (i herb - very cheap ) but with Magesium I would tend to favor Mg Citrate (CALM) and MG Orotate (AOR) and Mg ascorbate (NOW), and leave the calcium to your dietary intakes - unless you feel your diet is or yuo are deficient.
