OK this is sounding weird, but in fact I feel menthol slightly but distinctly burning (not so much that it is decidedly unpleasant) after urinating. I take 3 enteric coated peppermint oil 0.2 ml capsules from Now foods per day.

Is this a sign I should stop ingesting this oil?

Together with oregano oil it has blown away my rosacea (that was already under control by a green tea topical). But I am aiming for a longterm cure.
