What would I NOT want to overdose?

Hi. Starting up a regime soon. This forum contains so much information about what one should take. Mostly great advices. But...as a total newbie in this field I would like to avoid certain traps which occur naturally in ALL types of activities. My question is, what kind of supplements (vitamins, minerals, sterols, fatty acids and the rest...) should never be OVERDOSED?

Iron and vitamin A are two main ones that come to mind.

Misirlou - I'll add, not to over dose on phytosterols (Beta-Sitosterol, etc.)

Oh another note on a similar subject. For a period of many months I was experimenting with high dose apple cider vinegar extract (not the liquid). I was getting body odor from it. Thanks to my GF, I quickly got to the bottom of it. So if anyone is taking the tablets or capsules in high dose, beware of potential body odor. This is ironic, since taking regular apple cider vinegar is supposed to prevent body odor.

Did you stop taking the Apple Cider vinegar capsules or simply lower your intake? And do you still recommend ACV capsules as part of a hair growth regimen?

ganny - The idea with ACV was to help with hypertension (high blood pressure) and high aldosterone levels. Apple Cider Vinegar is okay, but the capsules, at least the ones I used were creating body odor. I did use a lot--mega doses, but I stopped it all together.

Body Order as in armpit B.O., or just a general smelling? Mag. Oil to the armpits does a good job taking care of any B.O.

nidhogge - Totally unknown to be, I was smelling awful. I didn't smell it myself, but something was coming out of my pores and well my GF started noticing. I didn't matter if I took a shower and used all the soap or whatever--immediately I still smelled. When I dumped the AVC caps after of fear, that was the culprit and it went away. So I figure those caps are different than real ACV, since it is an extract. Also I took a lot of them each time. Now I got two bottles I won't touch now.
