raw garlic sensitivity,or detox? Empty raw garlic sensitivity,or detox?

I've been eating a clove of fresh garlic on occasion mixed with food ,or by itself chopped and with the juice squeezed out, but every time I eat it I get stomach a mild stomach ache,or diarrhea. Is this because I'm too sensitive, or some type of detox? I know it's not other food cause I feel fine days that I skip it and feel fine if I only eat a little sliver.

It could be that your sensitive, i'm not sure. Garlic is a big staple in my household so when I eat it I usually chop it up real small, pour olive oil on it....then take a fresh lemon squeese it on the garlic and olive oil and put some sea salt on it mix it up a big and waaalaa....pretty good garlic dish without all the burning.
