Has anyone tried this supplement, and what does it do, any benefit for hair?

hawks05 - It won't necessarily do anything for your hair, but it won't hurt. It will boost glutathione so that's a plus. Make sure to take B-vitamins with it, as taking Sam-E can raise homocysteine levels.
