Anyone has made Kefir?
I want to make some but have no idea where to obtain this particular type of beneficial yeast ..

I am waiting for my Kefir grains to arrive ...
I think this might be the most potent probiotic in existence. Growing your own beneficial yeast and
probiotics, that is pretty cool.
