Carlson Labs, The Very Finest Fish Oil

1 teaspoon ( 5ml )

1600 mg Omega 3's
800mg - Epa
500mg -Dha
300mg -Other omega 3's.

How do you compare it with Now, neptune krill oil??

I do have to say that when I bumped my fishoil intake in the past to around 6-8 gms evenly spread throughout the day I noticed a great deal of difference in my hair thickness and skin.

Nocturnalhorse - I was pretty happy with my experience with Carlson's Cod liver oil.

I later abandoned it for krill oil, taken with Vitamin D3.

Krill oil is easier to digest, doesn't tend to become latent in the stomach and is absorbed to a much higher degree.

Triglycerides do not need to be broken down like fish oil, because krill oil is escorted through phospholipids.

Also, krill oil comes with a potent antioxidant (astaxanthin).

Thanx CS! I am already having 2 gms of krill oil a day divided evenly throughout the day.
