Propecia - Beta Sis: What Causes Brain Fog And Depression Side Effects?

I get why Propecia can cause gyno, but why does it also cause:
brain fog
depression
watery semen?
I've never taken it but I can't help but wonder why it has these side effects. I've taken beta sis and that gave me depression for a short while. Came off it and felt fine.
Why the connection between DHT suppression and these side effects? Particularly when neurogenic inflammation correlates with hairloss not regrowth?

How high a dose of beta sit were you taking?

gbp2000 - Both Propecia and Beta Sitosterol were mentioned.
Beta Sitosterol (when too much is taken) sequesters cholesterol from the gut, which deprives hormones to make important steroid metabolites.
Finasteride - inhibits production of neurosteroids by blocking everything down the 5-alpha reductase chain of hormone metabolites, so brain fog, anxiety, depression can occur.
