removing skin dicolouration

A small area of my skin over the years has become alot darker in pigmentation to the surrounding skin, is their anything to remove skin discolouration, and bring back my skins normal pigmentation.

i heard ubiquinone, but i also heard it's bad for your skin

This happened to me last summer and kind of freaked me out, but my mom told me it happened to her to and to use a LOOFA and scrub it down. I did I would use a loofa all over my face...and put extra attention on the darker spots....then I would cover my face in Shea butter....took awhile, but its 95 percent gone and you can't really even see it. I heard Lemon was good to......not sure in the semantics of how to use lemon on your face.

I am thinking about under going a few chemical skin peels which will go on over a period of time. I have the Top6 and some of the ancillary supps which are; Ahwagandha extract, Iosol, Jarrow EPS Probiotic, Brewer's Yeast and Resveratrol. I am not taking them at the moment but will be starting them soon, I am just wondering if i should be cautious of taking some of these supplements while under going chemical peels?
