Internals for moisturizing skin?
I have very dry flakey skin and eczema. I've heard people say that several grams of cod liver or fish oil helps with moisturizing, but can those have negative effects on your health/hair? Is there anything else?

Re: Internals for moisturizing skin?
Can anyone shed some light on this? My scalp has become extremely oily, but dry and flaky at the same time. It's dry to point where if I squeeze my eyes shut it it feels like my skin is sort of tearing(on a micro level I guess) on my scalp/forehead and around my eyes. I have terrible dandruff not only on my scalp but my face, neck, and body.
I assume the oil kicks into overdrive to make up for this and worsens the overall hair loss problem.
I need internal reccomendations.

Re: Internals for moisturizing skin?
In a recent thread JDP recommanded avoiding taking hyaluronic acid internally
GilSODin is bad for gluten sensitivty which is quite common. (I would like if CS confirm this though)..
I heard alot of good things about brewer's yeast, but check if you have candida first
It's amazing but it seems like there are no universal truths.
Nothing you can take is safe it seems, even if its "common knowledge" that its beneficial it can disrupt other areas in your bodies

As far as I know, jdp takes/has taken hyaluroinic acid himself. I'm sure he is not against taking hyaluronic but he has implemented other methods for maintaining your own hyaluronic acid....metal chelation etc.FireFist wrote:In a recent thread JDP recommanded avoiding taking hyaluronic acid internally

By the way, do yourself a favour and stop searching for the flawless regimen. Search a bit-get what you think is best-see if it works....
