1..... - That's an old study. In the last few years a lot of very scary studies have come out on anti-depressants.
We know that that they increase depression over the long term. They do not work beyond placebo except in acute depression.
They can trigger diabetes and insulin resistance.
SSRI's (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) may increase levels of serotonin to the brain, yet 95% of the serotonin we make is found in the digestive system. These drugs increase prolactin, increase hair loss and can trigger a low thyroid. This is a recipe for Alzheimer's in the future or other senile/dementia problems.
