So this is kind of a weird question, but I'm trying to drop a few lbs of fat before summer hits and ended up buying a workout routine/program which involves some kind of crazy cycling in order to drop the fat.

Anyway, one of the days is a fasting day (which I've done before) but it says to take about 45 grams of Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) to prevent muscle breakdown. Is taking a lot of BCAA bad for the hair? What about whey protein?

The recommended BCAA is here

There are about 50g/bottle, so I'd basically be taking 1 bottle per day, once per week. Here are the ingredients:

Amount Per Serving
L-Leucine 460mg
L-Valine 384mg
L-Isoleucine 156mg

nobody? I've decided to go ahead and do it anyway, its only for 1 month.

I'd rather be in great shape and bald vs not so great shape and almost bald.
