I know CS recommends Xylitol often, thought this was an interesting article about its possible benefits for skin.

Xylitol for Skin? Empty Re: Xylitol for Skin?

sdguy,

This hasn't been discussed on this site before but personally if I was to take Xylitol internally, I would use this brand http://www.xylitol-brand-comparison.com/

The reason being is that it's the only one that doesn't use corn. Some of the others may be genetically modified. mercola.com has some good info regarding genetically modified food.

hope this helps

good link jdp, and the price really isn't bad compared to what you pay at local stores.
