Woah knowing everything I know now I would be more surprised if I HADN'T lost hair!!

I just can't believe how much I was doing to my body! Stressing, eating tons of carbs and sugar and junky food, not exercising, drinking (although not that much tbh, but sometimes).
Seriously wow.. like apparently carbs and that stuff all decrease T, decrease SHBG, increase inflammation... basically everything bad! Stress apparently lowers T as the body kinda partly shuts down it's production because it thinks it needs to prepare for something bad that is about to happen! Apparently stress also increases things like insulin resistance, causes inflammation, lowers SHBG, as well as ofc things like throwing all thyroid hormone balance. Wow man.. sorry, I know I talk a lot about everything it's just... I thought I brought this on myself when I was only just beginning, but now I am practically CERTAIN I have done this to myself.
On the plus side, I got so much wrong that at least there are now lots of things to fix!!
Look out hair loss here I come!
