Question about EC/Algoran

So it finally has arrived
I´m the proud owner of 100g EC powder.
But now I´ve some questions about best usage:
As mentioned above it´s the algoran powder which is said to be 98% pure EC extract, with a ratio of 25:1. So it should be at least 3,5 times stonger than seanol.
So how much Algoran sould I use each day???

Second question is about best usage:
The algoran powder does not disolve very well in water-it tends to clumb an stick to the glass. (That´s very similar to spirolina). Any ideas are welcome here...
Last question :
Should I pack the powder into acid resistant capsules or is it fine if i just swallow it with some liquid?? I´m not sure if the stomace acid reduces the efficience of EC??

tao81 - Stomach acid is critical for proper absorption.

Would suggest placing them in capsules. Fibroboost is also pretty insoluble in water also.

The dose, would try anywhere from 100 to 300 mg twice per day, although have not actually tried this myself, so I'm just guesstimating.

So I´m going to place my EC in normal vegi caps, right?

But why is stomach acid necessary for good absorbtion of EC?

tao81 - Without stomach acid, there is no absorption.

You can place the ECE in any type of caps that you like.

I wonder if it would be good mixed in shampoo with dmso.

CS - are you now recommending Algoran over Fibroboost? My ECE stash is dwindling, I'm not sure what to reorder.

xyion1 - I'm pretty much waiting on user feedback at this point. However, Nidhogge is working on the Top 6 + formulation which will include the purified ECE, so I'll probably hope aboard when that is ready to go.

CS - I'm awaiting feedback as well. Don't want to jump on a bandwagon only to have a massive shed or something (like with LEF Curcumin, which I missed). I'll gladly blaze a trail on some new treatments, but not all of them!
