Hi all
Been lurking here awhile. Lots of great great topics here. So much to explore and digest.
Iodine, heavey metals ect...
I have been struggling with keeping energy levels stable for a few years now. Some days better than others. When it's bad, it's really bad. Lethargy, brain fog and all that.
I am open to sugestions to feeling better. I am a bit weary of do it your self chelation protocols. Lots of mixed opinions of its safety and effectiveness. I also have a mouth full of amaglams. I can see where these may be a problem, but there is no way I could get them removed anytime soon. I would prefer at this time to peacfully coexist with them.

A recommended diet and regiment to slooowly detox or atleast reduce dammage/toxicity of possible existing unwanted metals... and to stablize blood sugar would be appreciated.

I did purchase a couple bottles of r-ala for insulin sensitivity, but now I read it may a bad idea. Can I safely use it with amaglam fillings?

regards, Craig

Polluted - Yes you can. Although during post amalgam extraction it's a good idea to take a break from it until the residual free-mercury is exited through other chelators. I would suggest using OSR to deal with post extraction detox.
