I mean, how exactly do you accomplish 5000 UI a day without vitamin A overload?

... And without taking 40 capsules.

any decent D3 product around contains 1000-2500-5000IU and usually contain no vit A
I personally take 2 caps of 2500IU each daily plus vitK/1000 IU D3 few times per week ,the product that CS mentions

Positively smashing, but out of my reach as it goes.

... Out of curiosity though, where's this extracted from exactly? Surely it's not the shoddy artificial D3, right?
