Bad dreams and stress Empty Bad dreams and stress

I've had 4 bad dreams/nightmares in a row now. I was stressed out of my mind in each dream. Do you guys think that the stress you go under in your dreams translates to real stress on your body as you're dreaming?

Yes, without a doubt. The body reacts to imagined stressors, and the mind reacts to a stressed body.

I wanted to post the same topic. 4 days in a row is not too much in compare with one month. That´s so frustrating to Wake up in the middle of the night.... affraid
