CS or someone else, pricematching

I tried to get I-herb to pricematch http://www.swansonvitamins.com/NH320/ItemDetail?n=0 but they reply that they dont pricematch requests from overseas
customers. If asked by a US resident they will adjust their price on the particular product.

I sent it to them, I also asked them to price match this R-lipoic acid http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=223990&catid=1682

They replied and said they would not do it, and needed my order number. I guess price matching doesn't work like that, I think you have to order it first, then they will credit you back a discount, I don't think they will actually lower the price on the site itself.

Thanks for trying j87x. I also sent iherb an email to lower the price of the Na-RALA but they never responded back.

Someone did get iherb to drop the price of the Ecklonia Cava extract a couple months ago from someone requesting a price match. But that was after multiple requests from others unsuccessfully.

i did for Ecava....but there were such a difference...6-7 bucks the bottle....

They don't lower the price on the site. They credit back the difference to you once you order. I had them price match some whey protein and glutamine by NOW a while ago.

Ok, yeah I also remembered that they dropped the site-price on EC after request.
