No it's all bullshit- all legal supplements that is. Overpriced crap. If you're gonna pay hand and fist for something then buy the real thing and get something that works. If you want to boost your GH legally then first thing in the morning when you wake up, consume 5-10 grams of l-glutamine and that is the closest your going to get to any legal GH booster. If you're considering GH for hair...I've taken the real thing for over a year and it did not stop my hairloss...maybe made a slight difference but probably not really.

Argining Pyroglutamate on an empty stomach, just a gram or two, can provide a GH boost if consumed right before bed as well.
