200mg PS per cap, 60 caps. So, 3 caps a day according to IH (600mg), lasts you 20 days for 20 bucks. A buck a day, not great, but not bad.

Nice find. Question for you guys in light of the "soy causes dementia" thread. Most if not all PS is made from soy lecithin. We know that soy is no bueno. Any reason to believe that taking a PS supplement would also be problematic?

As IH and a couple others brought up in that thread, certain parts of Soy are safe, and where the source of the phophatidylserine is derived is irrelevant fortunately.

At worst, there may be relatively small "contamination" of soy proteins in some soy derived lecithin products, but the risk is very minimal unless you're extremely soy allergic.

Also, Phosphatidylserine is the effective way to completely halt dementia.

On that note many of us are preventing a number of diseases we will never get.

Lots of Omega-3, no dementia. Lipioic acid/ALC, no dementia.
