Just wondering if Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is safe for the body and safe for the hair.
I've been taking it lately bc it makes me fall asleep within minutes of taking it.

Alternatively you may want to try one or a combination of: Melatonin, Suntheonine (L-Theonine), valerian root.
