Telogen Effluvium. how to solve?

I am going through a very stressful time in my life (breakup) and since that started 4 months ago. I have been experiencing rapid hair thinning all over my head including back and sides. My hair was much thicker before this. In addition, this stressful event trigger stomach issues (stomach pains, indigestion, constipation, acid reflux, gastritis, etc.)

I believe that it could be Telogen Effluvium since stress triggered it and the hair is thinning everywhere, not just the top of the head. I also had this 5 or 6 years ago when I was going through another stressful event. Same thinning, same stomach issues.

Also I had been travelling at the time overseas, so the stomach issues are possibly bacterial or parasites which could be causing the loss.

If its Telogen Effluvium, how can I solve it? Getting rid of the stress is not easy as I am waking up with panic/anxiety everyday and I can't control it. If its a stomach infection, what should I do? Have tried oil of oregano and glutamine with no success.. currently trying wormwood, but its making my dreams really vivid and making me even more anxious in the mornings.
