nattokinase and fibrin Empty nattokinase and fibrin

It supposedly dissolves fibrin the stuff that makes blood clots. Which can be good at preventing strokes as long as you're not a bleeder though. Some people bleed too easy. But I was wondering...can nattokinase dissolve those amyloid plaques and tau tangles in the brain that dementia patients get? They're made of something like fibrin too I think.

As noted with the Quackine, the presence of d-Dimer indicates conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin upon
injection into Alzheimer's Disease mouse brains.
