So who's doing what? Empty So who's doing what?

Just checking up on the different trials people were doing here for hair loss. Sage and his cilantro/chaga mushroom topical a year or so ago...apple extract pills from Italy a while back...rice water not too long ago...pumpkin seed oil...coconut oil...loosening up the scalp...laser diode helmet/brush...probably a few more I can't think of right now. I'm trying a skin cream with azelaic acid (supposed to inhibit DHT) plus wasabi sauce. It definitely tingles lol. Too early for any results yet. Anybody trying anything at the moment?

All my recent experiments have failed unfortunately, due to my scalp not being able to tolerate them.

Sodium ascorbyl phosphate - > Scalp acne
Cedrol -> Scalp acne
Chaga tincture -> Itchy, slightly inflamed scalp

At the moment I am just doing boar brushing on my hairline before applying alfatradiol. Torn between pairing that with The Ordinary peptide serum or just trying Zix with brushing or needling.

Your issue is probably an inside out, not an outside in.

This is a primary reason why, at least in my opinion, that topicals are not a good way to resolve hair loss.
