I came across surprising fact in pumpkin oil study and starting
Ok so the Korean study used octa Sabal plus as the form of pumpkin seed oil 400 mg per day the problem is the oil is 400 mg of a co2 extract of pumpkin seed oil which is super super concentrated compared to the oil!!! I think I might be the only one who knows this as you look at the description of octa sabal plus and it clearly indicates co2 pumpkin seed extract !so my question is how much regular oil would we need to match 400 mg of co2 extract?? I just started 1 tbsp but thinking of upping to 2 tbsp I can't find the co2 extract for sale anywhere ! The octa sabal is impossible to buy as well

Re: I came across surprising fact in pumpkin oil study and starting
Very interesting, I remember reading about pumpkin seed oil during the early stages of my hair loss. I tried to use it to stop my loss, to no avail. This might be why. From what I recall, pumpkins prevent/reverse hair loss, through DHT reduction so if you're sensitive to anti-androgens using mega doses might be risky. I could be wrong though its been so long.
