Copper and Saturated Fat - Alzheimers Disease - Does taking copper supplements lead to Alzheimers?

Does taking copper supplements (zinc balance or copper sebacate) lead to Alzheimers?

Gerber's a hack...cherry picking studies to support agenda / ignoring anything that invalidates his agenda, Mr Confirmation Bias in action. Example, Gerber recommends dark chocolate a lot (http://nutritionfacts.org/?s=chocolate). A dark chocolate bar is high in saturated fat AND copper... yet not a mention of that in this video, surprise, surprise.

That said, I'd be interested to hear other people's thoughts on teh study. I did some research around it and couldn't find my evidence either way beyond that singular study
