How to get rid of fat in the chest and possible pseudo-gyno?
Okay, I'm actually pissed lately. All sorts of problems seems to befall us hair loss sufferers. Perhaps my genetics just suck in many ways, and I should have been tossed out the window after birth so it would have saved me this grief.
As if hair loss, double-chin, and bad posture woes didn't piss me off enough, now I've been hating the look of my chests.
Here is the thing, I remember when I turned 18, the flat chests I had just disappeared. I don't know if this is fat. The thing is I am not the sort of person that gains weight easily. In fact many family and friends joke how it would be impossible for me to gain weight no matter how much I ate. But lately, I've been considering things and wondering, if this belief (which is somewhat true) that I can't gain weight, and I haven't been careful with my diet (in terms of weight gain) since, I don't get fat easily. But what if during all this time, I've been getting the fat in my chest and not know it? Possible?
It annoys me that when I jump during exercises that I feel my chest moving. I want to fix this. But how?
First off, I feel like I should get examined. But every bit of doctor I have googled, turns up surgeons, and I am pretty sure that with their biased brains, they somehow will either say that its no big issue or that will be told to go under the knife.
So is there anything I can do to flatten chest, via alternative and natural methods? Also, what type of doctor should I Google for this sort of examination?
Regards,
Mike

You likely suffer estrogen dominance and metabolic syndrome similar to many American males. Lower overall body fat percentage with diet and intense exercise. There is no easy answer. Stop eating simple sugars, invest in complex carbs. Look into pregnenolone, intermittent fasting and HIIT, also bodyweight exercises like pushups, pullups, burpees, squats for starters. A surgeon will only put a band-aid on your actual health problem/s.

I've booked a consultation with a gyno surgeon. There literally is no information online about any specialist that provides consultation and is not a surgeon. And as the guy on the phone that made the booking said, he knows no other effective treatment. But I have never had it checked and heck its free so why not?
That being said, I'm disappointed to hear this time and again that surgery, liposuction etc are the only solution.
Why hasn't bio-curcumin and natural method worked for me and I am already within the average for my BMI. Is there any cream that could actually adsorb the fat through skin (In my dreams right), or is it a good idea to try Tamoxifen and Andractim, before doing lipo/surgery.
Why the fuck can't I get this off my chest!(Pun intended) Whether its fat or estrogen induced shit, there must be a way other than surgery!

I can attest for every single method 4039 mentioned here working except pregnenolone - haven't tried that one yet.

Re: How to get rid of fat in the chest and possible pseudo-gyno?
Mike, a lot of us males obtain fat in our lower abdomen and chest and only until becoming obese does it start to enter other areas. This can allow us to pretend we are not overweight, and delay reality for a bit. I'm not saying this is you, I am just offering this theory up to see if it might resonate and if it does then the gyno surgeons probably not going to be of service to you. What you need is an exercise routine with strength training exercises.
It sounds like a lot of work, and it is, but it's worth every minute. Lifting became a life saver for me, and had I not gotten injured(winged scapula preventing full mobility of arm) I'd still be doing it myself. Exercise makes you look very young because your posture improves, your skin has a healthier glow and you just don't appear labored at all in your every day movements.
If you think it's a testosterone thing I highly recommend zinc supplements with correct ratio of copper.

The answer to ridding yourself of gyno a.k.a. "Man boobs" is for you to eat Tumeric.
In order to increase absorption Tumeric should be taken with black pepper and it should be heated. It should also be taken with fat/oil. You can further increase the absorption of Tumeric by taking it with 40k S.H.U cayenne pepper (half teaspoon)
Sadly, no surgeon will tell you man boobs can be cured by eating Tumeric/black pepper/cayenne
Google "earthclinic gyno Tumeric".
Also do a general Google search for "Tumeric gyno".
You will see everything I'm saying is legitimate.
Even if, for some odd reason, Tumeric does not cure your man boobs, you will only have spent twenty bucks on the herbs.
P.S. If you have trouble gaining weight try parasite cleansing two or three times a year. Google "humaworm"
Much love

Re: How to get rid of fat in the chest and possible pseudo-gyno?
i 100% guarantee you have high prolactin. please, go get blood work and just check for fun. i started taking b6 recently. b6 supresses prolactin. one very noticiable symptom is it makes my nipples small. do you notice you have puffy nipples at all? fuck surgery dude. ray peat recommmends taking like 10mg of it though, i've been taking a lot more since it is purchased at whole foods in like 50mg pils or 100mg pills. i don't know what the deal is with dosage, but apparently too much can cause some side effect. b6 is used up when your dopamine is increased, could be releated to the "masturbation" theory of hair loss of why it increases prolactin, your b6 gets used up, and if you aren't eating a solid all around diet, you could be lacking in some of these things that is supposed to keep it at bay.
other symptom is i notice it has made my itch noticably decrease and increased my temperature. i'm following the ray peat diet though if that makes any difference.
it also made me way more tolerant to food i couldn't tolerate before. like if i drank orange juice or drank milk, i would get that bad itch, i seem to handle it better now. i'm not sure if only the prolactin caused that, or it's an offshoot of it. i talked to this testosterone guy and he said rats had noticable testosterone decreases if they lacked b6. so it could all be interrelated.. i'm not sure what elsae would help, i'm looking into that. i think optimizing thyroid is the next step for me on top of the b6. along with getting enough vitamin A and cholesterol in the diet to ensure your body is making enough stuff.
check out danny roddy's stuff on youtube.. he goes over a lot of these things. pay attention to the estrogen increased stuff.. i think that's where it would help you a lot. me too as well.. i had the puffy nipple problem for probably 7 years now until finally i found b6 to help it.. took long enough.
