Minoxidil and eczema?

I've currently been on minoxidil 5% for around 8 months. Though in the past week, I have had a sudden outbreak of eczema all over my face, my ears and behind my ears. I'm also on accutane.
I have also noticed that my hairloss may has decreased, cannot fully confirm it though.
Do you think the minoxidil has caused the eczema?

My seb derm started while i was on accutane

Potentially, I had the worse scaling and inflammation after I tried minoxidil...
