Difficulty Swallowing Saliva Empty Difficulty Swallowing Saliva

Post  MikeGore Tue Oct 07, 2014 12:05 am

Hi,

I occasionally come across this problem where it feels like I am having trouble swallowing my own saliva. It happens mostly during the night when I'm sleeping. I don't know if its psychological or if its something else. I actually keep a glass of water nearby since, literally I feel like choking sometimes. Last night it happened again and it literally felt like the muscle in my throat just wouldn't move. (This lasts for a few seconds though).

Anyone else comes across this problem? Could it have anything to do with the supplements taken?

Sounds like tense tissue covering the thyroid(fibrosis,calcification)...

I suggest it is caused by the meat, egg, fish, pasta, bread, junk crap ...
(some will say it is caused by lack of iodine.Wrong, iodine just breaks the calcium).
We know that when you eat any of the above, you burn your own tissues and the
acids that are created are being buffered by calcium...
So the calcium covering your thyroid protects the organ from burning itself.

I suggest guasha massage to the thyroid and fruit, veggies, probiotics, sprouted nuts...
Meditation and concentration of the energy from chest to head, suprisingly
removes many tensions.

You're probably hyperextending your neck while you're sleeping. Try tilting your head back and you'll find it's much harder to swallow
